International Shipping
International shipping is currently only available to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated per order and are based on actual weight of the final order. Please call us 1-800-478-3458 for a shipping quote.
Shipping COD
Big Ray's offers COD (collect on delivery) to customers within the state of Alaska. COD orders must not exceed $1,000.00 including shipping and COD fees. Any orders shipped COD will be charged the following fees for this service:
- Postal Service COD fee
- Postage for shipping the package
- $10.00 handling fee
All COD orders must be collected and paid for within 30 days of notification. Any orders not picked up will be returned to Classic Alaska Trading Co. and the shipping and COD fees will be charged to customer's account.

Backorders
Customers will be notified by phone or email if an item is on backorder. Any backordered items will ship as soon as it becomes available from the manufacturer. Please note the arrival date is an estimated time and is subject to change. Backordered items will not be charged to your credit card until the item is shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery on any backordered item.
