Job Description
Big Ray's is looking to hire a full-time Store Manager 2. As the leader of a high-volume store, you set the tone — for the team, for the customer experience, and for the standard of excellence we hold ourselves to every day.
You will inspire and energize the staff, driving everyone toward productivity targets, customer service standards, and 100% inventory accuracy. When a difficult customer situation arises, you'll step in with confidence — de-escalating, problem-solving, and modeling the care and professionalism Big Ray's is known for. You'll also bring a strong command of inventory operations, comfortable with the full flow of freight: from ensuring the sales floor is properly replenished and merchandised to jumping in to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
You'll lead through two direct reports — the Customer Service Manager and the Operations Manager — owning the performance of the entire retail team. From staffing strategy to day-to-day operations to facility oversight, you'll stay ahead of what the store needs, acting decisively and keeping the business moving forward.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of stairs, speaking and hearing.
