Why This Role Matters
The Merchandise Coordinator II plays a key role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll work closely with buyers, vendors, and store teams to support purchasing, merchandising, and inventory planning that keeps our stores stocked and our customers satisfied.

What You'll Do
- Create, submit, and manage purchase orders for pre-season buys, fill-ins, and special orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and backorders to support sales and merchandising goals.
- Collaborate with store leadership to support merchandising standards, pricing, and product displays.
- Assist with planograms, merchandising plans, seasonal layouts, and buying initiatives.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and product information.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and margin reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with the Inventory Control team to resolve purchasing and inventory issues.
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in purchasing, merchandising, retail, inventory management, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
