Job Description 

Big Rays is looking to hire a full-time Corporate Sales Associate I. The Corporate Sales Associate works on the sales floor and is responsible for the restocking, merchandising, and selling of products to Big Ray’s B2B customers. 

The Corporate Sales Associate creates orders in alignment with purchase requirements and provides the customer with a receipt and communicates in a timely manner with order status updates. You will ensure the sales floor and corporate outfitting fulfillment space is clean and organized and adhere to the customer service and merchandise presentation standards established for the department, as well as maintain excellent communication with fellow workers and leadership, protect the company’s value and integrity by maintaining confidentiality and being accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service. 

This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of stairs, speaking and hearing.  

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems. 
  • Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals. 
  • Ability to handle data and information with accuracy. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Two years of customer service experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. 

 

Benefits and Compensation 

We offer a competitive wageranging from $18-$20 per hour depending on experience, paid holidays, a 401(k) option, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and employee discount.
