We guarantee to replace your order or refund your money (your choice) for any reason.
So if you are not satisfied, just send it back and we will take care of the rest.

Back orders & sold out items:

When placing your order you will be notified if an item is out of stock or sold out. Backordered items will ship within 10-14 days. When an item is no longer available our friendly sales staff will assist you with a substitution.

Easy returns & exchanges:

SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. Wrap securely. include the invoice with instructions - “return for refund” or “return for exchange.” (example: exchange for different size or color; return for refund.) If you don’t wish
to send your invoice, please include the following information on a note:
1.) Name and address on the invoice, 2.) The customer
number, 3.) The order number and/or invoice number, 4.) The catalog numbers of the items. Do not include any postage on exchanges – we gladly provide this service at no charge, except out of the USA.

Priority mail shipping:

We will ship via USPS outside of Alaska.

For faster delivery, we will ship your order by Priority Mail.

C.O.D. Orders:

We will gladly ship your order COD (Alaska only). There are three charges added to all CODs: 1.) The COD Fee (see COD fee chart on oposite page)
required by the US Postal Service, 2.) The exact shipping charge, 3.) Our $3.00 COD Handling Charge. Please note that all COD’s are now subject to
a $3 handling charge in addition to the postal COD fee.

Any information such as email address, shipping address or billing address that you provide to us will only be used by us to serve you. If you 'allow promotional' email or newsletters/catalogs which is your choice when registering and /or purchasing products online, then that information is kept by us.
