Back orders & sold out items: When placing your order you will be notified if an item is out of stock or sold out. Back ordered items will ship within 10-14 days. When an item is no longer available our friendly sales staff will assist you with a substitution.

Easy returns & exchanges:

SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. Wrap securely. include the invoice with instructions - “return for refund” or “return for exchange.” (example: exchange for different size or color; return for refund.) If you don’t wish
to send your invoice, please include the following information on a note:
1.) Name and address on the invoice, 2.) The customer
number, 3.) The order number and/or invoice number, 4.) The catalog numbers of the items. Do not include any postage on exchanges – we gladly provide this service at no charge, except out of the USA.

Priority mail shipping:

COD orders to Alaska addresses only. Big Rays chargees a $3.00 fee for all COD orders in addition to standard USPS COD fees. We will ship via USPS outside of Alaska.

For faster delivery, we will ship your order by Priority Mail.
